Pancakes

We had American breakfast pancakes this year for pancake day and they were delicious!!

We got the recipe off the BBC recipes website - Fluffy American Pancakes 
and instead of maple syrup and butter we had blueberries, raspberries, dried figs, yoghurt and honey.

We think that they were so delicious you could eat them any time of year not just on pancake day!

Sorry for the absence of blog recently we have been got by the flu!

I truly don't think that I have ever had proper flu before as I have never felt so rotten but we are on the mend hurrah!
